Anyone may read this site and run the free Machine Trust Check. None of it is gated and none of it requires an email address. Commercial activation is by application, because the first cohort of partners shapes the product and we would rather take a small number of firms properly than a large number badly.
There is no countdown, no seat count and no waitlist number. The criteria are published above; if you meet them, apply.
Qualification
What we assess, and why each one matters
Published in full, because an unpublished gate reads as an inability to sell rather than as selectivity. If you meet these, apply. If you are unsure whether you meet one, apply and say so in the form — being uncertain is not a disqualification.
- You are an operating MSP, MSSP or MDR provider
- The model assumes an accountable operator standing between a customer and a machine actor.
- You manage downstream customer relationships
- Machine Trust records are per-customer. Without customers of your own there is nothing to record against.
- You have AI, automation or agentic activity, or a credible near-term need
- There has to be a machine actor to record. If there is not one yet, the free check will tell you so.
- You are willing to operate customer-specific authority and evidence processes
- Someone in your business has to be prepared to record what a client authorised and to ask them to confirm it.
- Your commercial and legal geography is one we can serve
- We would rather say so now than sign something we cannot support properly.
- You can support your own customers through onboarding
- You hold the client relationship throughout. We do not contact your clients except through a confirmation request you initiate.
- There is strategic and channel fit
- Founding partners shape the product. We are looking for firms whose direction and ours point the same way.
Honest exclusions
Not yet for you if
These are genuine exclusions, not a filter designed to make the programme look selective. If one of these describes you, applying now would waste your time and ours.
- You do not provide recurring managed services
- The model is built on an ongoing operator relationship. Project and break/fix work has no place to put a standing authority record.
- You have no machine, AI or automation activity, and no near-term requirement
- There is nothing yet to record. Run the free Machine Trust Check — if it returns “not yet”, that is a real answer and we will not sell past it.
- You want a badge or a certificate
- ECZ-ID does not certify anyone. There is no logo that means you passed. If a certificate is what you need, this is the wrong product.
- You need ECZ-ID to execute or control customer systems
- It never will. It records and proves; it does not act. If you need enforcement, you need a control plane, and that is a different purchase.
- You cannot identify an accountable customer and operator relationship
- The whole model rests on naming who authorised what and who is answerable. Without that, there is nothing to record.
- You are unwilling to let the customer verify authority independently
- Independent re-check is not an optional feature we can switch off. It is the reason the record is worth anything.
What founding partners get
Only what we can actually provide today
Everything below exists and can be delivered to your first client today. Nothing on this list is a roadmap item written in the present tense, which is why the list is shorter than it could be. Where a capability is produced by an ECZ-ID operator rather than by you in a console, the entry says so — the self-service surfaces are built but are not switched on yet.
Private wholesale commercial model
You buy at partner terms and set your own retail price. Terms are agreed in writing with each founding partner rather than published.
Partner of Record protection
Every downstream customer record carries exactly one partner of record — yours. We do not solicit a partnered customer to drop their MSP, and inbound from your customers routes to you first.
A direct line into the roadmap
Founding partners have a named channel to raise what is missing. We do not promise that every request ships.
Implementation and onboarding support
Assisted onboarding for your first client estates, including mapping and import, rather than documentation and good luck.
Machine Trust Register and Customer Authority workflow
The estate record, the authority records, and the confirmation request your client answers directly. Produced for you by an ECZ-ID operator today — the self-service console is built but is not switched on yet.
Attention Required
Deterministic findings across your client base — what changed, what lapsed, what needs an answer. Delivered by an operator today; the live queue view is built and not yet switched on.
Evidence Packs for your clients
A versioned document per client, carrying your firm as the operator, that you can hand over at a review or a renewal. Generated from the canonical record and delivered by an operator today.
Customer proof and independent re-check
A proof view your client can open themselves: public existence proof, plus scoped proof shared under a revocable token. Issued by an operator today. ECZ-ID’s own resolver record is public and checkable right now.

These come up in most channel conversations. Our answer to each is no, and it is easier for both of us if you know that before you apply.
